About Us
I’m Dustin Abell - a project-manager-turned-pizza-maker who finally admitted he cared more about dough hydration than corporate KPIs.
After nearly twenty years running complex installs and vendor logistics in the financial world, I needed something real; something where you can see people enjoying what you make instead of watching another dashboard turn green.
So I built Abellson Pizza Co. from the ground up:
A fully mobile, small-batch pizza pop-up built on beer-infused dough, fast ovens, and a stubborn obsession with doing things the right way.
I prep everything by hand, haul the whole setup to bars, markets, and events around St. Louis, and serve a rotating menu of pizzas that change based on what I’m experimenting with that week. No corporate polish, no fake hype - just honest, handcrafted food made by someone who shows up early, stays late, and gives a damn.
